Chem Freight Hong Kong Ltd. is an IATA and FIATA Accredited Training School specialising in programmes to promote the safe and efficient transport of dangerous goods (DG) air cargo. All of our courses comply with all ICAO requirements and have been approved by the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD).
Founded in 2005, Chem Freight Hong Kong Ltd. is dedicated to the promotion of safety in air transportation through offering the most up-to-date IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations training to shippers, forwarders, agents and air transport providers. in 2012, with the launch of the ICAO/FIATA Dangerous Goods by Air Training Programme, we became the first DG Regulations training institute to offer FIATA/ICAO's Dangerous Goods by Air training.
Apart from Dangerous Goods Regulations training the local freight forwarding sector has come to rely on, we are also a founding member of DG Packaging Hong Kong, a company specialising in providing UN boxes, packages for infectious substances and temperature sensitive material, IATA hazard and handling labels and IMDG container placards. The company has become a one-stop shop for shippers, forwarders and agents for packing materialsof dangerous goods for air transportation.
Experienced Instructors
All our instructors are accredited by IATA and have many years of experience in handling DG for air export, as well asadvising airlines to devise strategies and regulations for the acceptance of dangerous goods offered as air cargo. Their credentials are particularly important in this specialised area where experience in succesfully processing dangerous goods for air export is just as important as knoweldge of rules and regulations.
